  • Kids In Crisis

    Grant Awarded: $100,000
    Greenwich, CT

    Mission: To ensure the well-being of children through vital 24-hour services.  KIC provides housing and comprehensive medical, educational and therapeutic support services for underserved and underprivileged children of all ages in Fairfield County.

    Project Funded: KidTalk will transform the Boys and Girls Club of Greenwich from an after-school and summer recreation and character-building agency into a 24/7 resource meeting its kids’ compelling mental health needs.  KidTalk enables KIC to have “boots on the ground” crisis prevention by meeting hundreds of kids where they go daily and thus generating a far greater and immediate reach for preventing crises from entering their lives, including providing parents with new resources.

  • The Center For Family Justice

    Grant Awarded: $100,000
    Bridgeport, CT

    Mission: To break the cycle of abuse and violence – domestic, sexual and child – by providing services that create hope, restore lives and drive social change through education and community collaboration.

    Project Funded: Pro Bono Civil Legal Center for Victims of Domestic Violence will provide victims of domestic violence in Greater Bridgeport with free legal representation in civil court on matters related to restraining orders, divorce, division of marital assets and child custody/child support.
