2026 Grant Award Winners

  • Food Rescue US

    Grant Awarded: $100,000

    Food Rescue was selected for its dual impact: reducing food insecurity and protecting the environment by delivering surplus food to those in need, which in turn reduces waste and carbon emissions. One in six kids in Fairfield County faces food insecurity. Funding a new Co-Director will allow Food Rescue greater strategic growth, and will strengthen its relationships with donors, partners and volunteers to meet the rising demand for food rescues.

  • Bridgeport Caribe Youth Leaders

    Grant Awarded: $100,000

    This program will prepare underserved high school youth in Bridgeport for healthcare careers that go beyond entry level positions, providing students lifelong economic mobility and ending generational poverty. BCYL has a proven track record for career readiness programming through academic support,

    leadership development, and family engagement, and offers a passionate support system through their extensive partnerships and experienced staff.
